REIKI TRAINING
backMartin White is a Master Teacher practitioner and a member of the UK Reiki Federation. As well as running a successful healing practice he teaches the Usui Reiki System both privately and for several colleges in the Chesterfield area. Reiki training is undertaken in three stages:
Reiki level 1
Covers the basics of healing, the subtle energy body, hand positions for self healing, seated and prone treatments.
Reiki level 2
Covers distance healing, the use of crystals and other uses of Reiki.
Reiki Mastership
Covers attuning others, Grid work and Japanese 'moving hand techniques' (which can also be taught to existing Reiki Masters in a one day workshop).
Martin currently runs courses in Reiki at the Gladys Buxton Centre on Tuesday afternoons in term time; at the Magick Sage, Chillwell Nr Nottingham (follow link to the Magick Sage site from the links page); and from his home in Chesterfield (contact Martin to discuss this option).
All courses have an associated course manual and certificate. As Martin is a Master/Teacher member of the UK Reiki Federation, certification by him will be recognised by that body should you choose to join it. Attainment of your Reiki level 2 certificate would then mean that you could get professional insurance cover through the UK Reiki Federation block insurance scheme.
